GwapaTube is a short-form video platform for AI-generated and human-created content. These Community Guidelines help keep our platform safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

🚫 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on GwapaTube:

Sexual & Nude Content

• Full or partial nudity
• Sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Pornographic material of any kind
• AI-generated deepfakes of a sexual nature
• Content sexualizing minors in any way (zero tolerance — immediate permanent ban and report to authorities)

Violence & Dangerous Content

• Graphic or gratuitous violence
• Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
• Instructions for creating weapons, drugs, or explosives
• Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
• Animal cruelty or abuse
• Content depicting real-world violence or death for entertainment

Illegal Activities

• Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
• Drug use or trafficking
• Sale of illegal goods or services
• Fraud, scams, or phishing attempts
• Money laundering
• Content that violates any applicable law

Harassment & Hate

• Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any individual
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Doxxing or sharing private information of others
• Stalking or unwanted repeated contact
• Content designed to shame or humiliate specific individuals

Deceptive Content

• Misleading thumbnails or titles (clickbait that misrepresents content)
• Impersonation of other creators, brands, or public figures
• Spreading dangerous misinformation (e.g., medical, electoral)
• AI deepfakes intended to deceive or manipulate without disclosure

Spam & Manipulation

• Mass uploading of identical or near-identical content
• Using bots or automated tools to inflate views, likes, or engagement
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the reward system
• Artificially boosting content through coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Comment spam or repetitive self-promotion

✅ Content Standards

We encourage creators to:

• Be honest about AI usage: Accurately categorize your content as AI or Human. Hybrid content (human + AI elements) must use the AI category.
• Respect copyright: Only upload content you own or have rights to. Credit original creators when appropriate.
• Be respectful: Engage with other users constructively. Disagreements are fine; personal attacks are not.
• Provide accurate descriptions: Your title, description, and tags should accurately represent your content.
• Disclose AI tools: When using AI tools, properly select which tools you used during upload.

🤖 AI Content Rules

GwapaTube embraces AI-generated content, but with rules:

• AI content must still comply with all other community guidelines.
• AI-generated deepfakes of real people require explicit consent from the person depicted, unless clearly satirical or artistic.
• AI content must not be used to defame, harass, or deceive.
• Ensure you have the right to distribute AI-generated content under the AI tool's terms of service.
• AI content that mimics existing copyrighted works may be subject to DMCA takedown.

⚠️ Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines will be handled through a graduated enforcement system:

Severe violations (e.g., child exploitation, terrorism, real-world threats) will result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

📢 Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines:

• Use the Report button on the video page to submit a report.
• Select the appropriate reason and provide details.
• Our team will review reports and take action within 24-48 hours.

🤝 Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error or your account was wrongly suspended, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with:

• Your username
• The content or action in question
• Why you believe it was handled incorrectly

Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Our decision on appeal is final.
